Upcoming Performances by AOMC Members & Alums

Sarah A.O. Rosner, Vivi Amranand, Cavin Moore, and Laurel Atwell preform and present four world premieres of their new pieces at Sarah Lawrence College’s Winter Dance Concert. Program A (featuring Moore, Amranand, and Rosner) will be performed Friday December 7th at 8 and Sunday December 9th at 2, and Program B (featuring Atwell) will be performed Saturday December 8th and Sunday December 9th, both at 8. These pieces are the choreographer’s senior works as dance makers in Sarah Lawrence College’s Dance Department. Read more…

Sarah A. O.’s New Piece

Sarah has been working on her newest piece “The What’s Left Over After” for almost half a year now, and is almost ready to premiere it! With a cast of five amazing new dancers (Ilona Bito, Larissa Shledon, Emily Sharp, Michael Charles Foote, and Rowan Magee), and based off of her work with the AOMC from this summer, this piece investigates the strength of human connections in the face of exhaustion and loss. With an original score by Theo Wilson, and set and lighting design by Gabriel Aronson, this piece promises to be her best work yet. Read more…
